Parent portal support

Signed-in parents can use the support request form to keep the message inside their family portal and let the team track status.

When reporting a problem

  • Tell us the student name or ID
  • Tell us which AI Tutor and House were being used
  • Share the page route if you can
  • Include the exact wording the child found confusing, if you can
  • Share the correlation ID from the error page or response header if you have it
