Frequently asked questions
The questions parents usually ask first.
Is this a full school right now?
Right now it is best described as a serious mastery-based learning system with two live Academic Houses: Mathematics and Letters.
What grades are supported?
Reading is currently built for grades 1-5. Math support focuses on foundations, fractions, decimals, percents, ratios, and early algebra readiness.
How long should a session be?
Start with 10-15 minutes for grades 1-2 and 15-20 minutes for grades 3-5. Stop early if your child is tired or frustrated.
Do I need to sit with my child?
Usually for the first few sessions, for new reading work, or when voice is turned on for a younger learner. After that, many children can work more independently.
Can my child use it without voice?
Yes. Students can work in text mode, and voice can be enabled separately when the family wants it.
Can I see what happened after a session?
Yes. Parents can review summaries, recent sessions, current focus, and consent status in the parent portal.
How is AI used?
AI Tutors guide, rephrase, support Practice, and help decide next moves inside the curriculum boundaries set by the school.
What if my child gets stuck?
AI Tutors use help ladders, easier examples, and Practice before moving on. The goal is learning, not just grading.
What if my child does not finish a session?
That is okay. Keep sessions short, stop when attention is gone, and come back later. The dashboard is designed to help families resume work without guessing where to begin.
Do parents get a direct privacy notice?
Yes. Parents can open the privacy notice at any time and review the learner-specific direct notice before granting lesson consent.
Can I download or delete my child's data?
Yes. Parents can generate a student data export and request deletion from the parent data request center.
